Devan Tanks are the only large water tank in New Zealand that come with brass moulded in outlets. Having metal outlets allows for easy plumbing significantly reducing the chance of leaking and help reduce cross threading. Better yet, our big tanks come with two of them as standard!

Devan Tanks are manufactured from the highest quality polyethylene which is ideally suited to our moulding technique giving long life and trouble free service. Polyethylene cannot rot or corrode, and is ultra violet stabilised for New Zealand’s harsh environmental conditions.
The unique Devan space frame provides for maximum strength in the dome of your tank which means it won’t pop in when you are installing or servicing your tank nor will snow loading have an effect.

The Benefits
Our Integra wastewater systems NZ and septic tanks are extremely lightweight and robust. The tanks have been independently designed, certified and are manufactured to the Australian and New Zealand AS/NZS1546:2008.

There are very few products made in New Zealand that are certified to comply with all aspects of this standard, this includes structure, material selection, components quality, minimum labeling and emergency storage capacities.

The Integra S-15 Wastewater system has been independently certified to comply with AS/NZS1546:2008 and AS/NZS1547:2012. Part of this certification required independent testing carried out by the National trial facility in Rotorua, the OSET-NTP. The Integra system has been approved after successful completion of these trials and produced very low power consumption results, comparable with leading textile systems and uses as little as 1.8kw/h per day with a discharge pump and only 0.84kW if using gravity distribution, that is less than 20c per day or $6 month when using gravity.

Compliance, …… this day and age it’s easy for companies to say they comply with an Australian/New Zealand standard or other industry standard for a range of products. Actually demonstrating this is a different story.
The Integra wastewater systems are simple to maintain and operate. The systems don’t have any proprietary mechanical items, therefore replacement parts (if needed in years to come) can be sourced from your local plumbing shop.

Devan drums are available in two sizes 200L and 100L, both sizes are available in either United Nations Standard (UN rated) which have passed the highest international standards for the transportation and handling of hazardous substances or standard which utilizes the same manufacturing process with a standard grade material.

All of the drums feature two 50mm drum bungs with buttress threads, strap locators, handling rims and rolling strips.
Roto moulded drums are very strong and available in small production runs with colours to match your branding.

The drums have been optimised for containerised transport making them narrower and taller than conventional drums with the 200L drums being able to fit 4 wide and 2 high in a standard shipping container saving on freight and making the drums perfect for export.
